Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. The role includes learning basic automotive repairs, diagnostics, and scheduled maintenance with training and ASE certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and maintain tires, batteries, and shock absorbers; inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper function.
