Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Kirkland, WA. As part of an exceptional team, you will learn to service vehicles and perform essential mechanical tasks. The role comes with full and part-time benefits starting on day one, including medical coverage, paid vacation, and training for ASE certifications.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license and a willingness to learn basic automotive skills. The pay range is $15.84 - $23.76 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.
