Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician as part of Firestone Complete Auto Care. This role supports a team servicing vehicles; full- and part-time benefits start from day one, including a tool program.

Pay range is $11.88–$17.82 per hour, with Bridgestone committed to fair compensation. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes and tire maintenance, and road testing vehicles to ensure safety

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems; road test vehicles.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is an entry level position in which you will be an integral part of a fantastic team servicing vehicles. Minimum Qualifications
