Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to support Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and perform routine maintenance as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire maintenance, and road-testing vehicles. Full-time and part-time roles are available with day-one benefits and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of automotive systems (brakes, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Reading, writing and math skills for diagnostics and service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and service tire maintenance, batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and serviceability.
