Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Casa Grande, AZ is hiring an entry level Maintenance Technician to join a team servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and perform routine maintenance.

This role offers full-time or part-time options from day one, with on-the-job training and company-funded ASE certifications, plus medical, dental and vision benefits, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
