Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs to keep vehicles running smoothly. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, with every other Saturday, at Cox location.

You will create and maintain vehicle maintenance histories, fit vehicles with required equipment, and follow all safety procedures. Requires 3+ years of experience, valid driver’s license, and ASE certification maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Continued training to maintain current ASE status and to meet with technology and fleet changes as they occur.
• ASE Automotive or Truck Certification, or other related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Depending upon certification levels, perform various repairs and maintenance.
• Create and maintain vehicle and maintenance history.
• Fit vehicles with the necessary equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures.
