Job summary

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the dealership’s facilities and equipment, ensuring safe, clean, and efficient operations for staff and customers. The role requires hands-on oversight of daily inspections, repairs, and upgrades to prevent downtime and uphold a high standard of facility performance.

Ideal candidates have experience in dealership maintenance, possess a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and can pass background checks, MVR, and a drug

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in facility or building maintenance, ideally in automotive dealership environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, drug screen).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of the facility and dealership equipment, identifying issues and addressing necessary repairs promptly.
• Ensure service bays, customer areas, and facility grounds are maintained to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and dealership safety regulations.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions; promote a safety-first mindset among staff.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards and take proactive measures to prevent accidents.

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team. Facility Maintenance ensures the dealership’s facilities and equipment operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This includes performing preventive maintenance, addressing repairs, and assisting with facility upgrades. The technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and operational environment for both employees and customers, contributing to a positive experience within the dealership.
