Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Tulsa, Oklahoma is hiring a Vehicle Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on our fleet, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic repairs. You will help ensure vehicles are safe, well‑maintained, and ready for customers, contributing to a smooth rental experience.

You'll gain on‑the‑job training toward ASE certification, work on newer vehicles across brands, and benefit from a comprehensive support package.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or prior automotive maintenance experience.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks in a mechanical shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on our fleet, including oil changes, fluid services, tire changes and rotations, and basic repairs.
• Work on a diverse fleet across multiple manufacturers and follow safety procedures.
• Assist more senior technicians as experience grows.
