Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Philadelphia is seeking a skilled automotive maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on a diverse fleet of vehicles, including oil changes and fluid services, across multiple brands. This on-site role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow automotive skills.

You'll work with safety standards, gain exposure to new technologies, and help ensure reliable rentals for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Comfortable working in a mechanical shop with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, reach, walk, sit and kneel.
• 6 months auto maintenance experience or completion of automotive tech program is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on a fleet of vehicles, including oil changes, fluid services, tire changes and rotations, and basic repairs.
• Work on a diverse fleet across multiple manufacturers to expand exposure to systems and technologies.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards while maintaining vehicles.
