Job summary

Joe Bullard Automotive Group is seeking a Lube Technician to perform oil changes, lubrication, and basic maintenance on vehicles. You will inspect vehicles for leaks, tire wear, and mechanical issues while explaining services to customers and recommending additional maintenance.

This position follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and basic automotive knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic automotive maintenance knowledge and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform varied physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacements per manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect vehicles for fluid leaks, tire wear, and other potential mechanical issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and recommend additional maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and environmental regulations when handling automotive fluids and equipment.
