Qualifications

• Prior automotive or lube technician experience preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and routine maintenance on various vehicles.
• Inspect and replace engine oil, fluids, filters, wiper blades, and other items.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings with teammates.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety standards while delivering quality service.
• Help provide an exceptional customer experience through quality workmanship.
