Empire Automotive Group – Toyota of Green Brook is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join a high-volume service department in New Jersey. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and fluid services, while delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction within the Toyota service network.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Automotive certifications are required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document findings.
• Check, top off, and replace vehicle fluids as needed.
• Inspect brakes, tires, batteries, belts, hoses, and other components for wear and safety.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
• Conduct Toyota multi-point vehicle inspections and accurately document findings
• Check, top off, and replace vehicle fluids as needed
• Inspect brakes, tires, batteries, belts, hoses, and other vehicle components for wear and safety concerns
• Replace oil drain plugs and install new oil filters according to manufacturer specifications
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and batteries as needed
• Mount, balance, and repair tires when required
• Maintain accurate repair orders and communicate inspection findings to Service Advisors and management
• Follow all Toyota and dealership service procedures and safety standards
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and professional
• Deliver timely, high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations
