North Country Lincoln in Minnesota is seeking a Quick Lube Technician to join our team and support efficient vehicle service. The role offers an opportunity to earn while you learn with weekday hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $30 per hour and is incentive-based. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a family-owned, long-term shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-point inspection
• Document inspection findings using electronic inspection forms
• Perform video inspection using tablet or phone
• Recommends services based on findings from a thorough inspection
• Inspect fluid levels
• Change Engine Oil and Filter
• Change Air Filter
• Change Cabin Air Filter
• Perform Tire Rotation
