Job summary

Watermark Auto Group is seeking a reliable Lube Technician to join our service team in Marion. This role performs preventative maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and basic inspections to keep vehicles safe and reliable.

Requirements include 1 year automotive maintenance experience (ASE a plus), valid driver's license, strong manual dexterity, good communication, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive maintenance or repair experience (1 year preferred but not required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• ASE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic inspections.
• Lubricate engine components and wheel bearings.
• Rotate tires and test tire pressure.
• Inspect for oil leaks and other issues; notify Service Advisor if not completed within time frame.
• Provide recommendations for additional services based on inspections.
