Job summary

Payne Brownsville is seeking a Lube Technician to join our service team. You will perform oil changes and routine maintenance on vehicles, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.

You should be detail-oriented, able to follow procedures, and communicate effectively with teammates and customers. A valid driver's license and a willingness to work in a fast-paced shop are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 or over.
• Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services on vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for additional repairs or maintenance needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
