Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is hiring for Lube Technicians to join Subaru of Dayton in Ohio. Entry level service tech role offering a $20.00 per hour flat rate with flexible schedules and a strong focus on customer experience.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, manual dexterity, and ability to use diagnostic software. Weekend availability, basic PC skills, and adherence to safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate vehicles safely.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination are required.
• Ability to use personal computer applications related to training and vehicle diagnostic software.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends, including Saturdays.
• Entry level service technician positioning with emphasis on customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-point vehicle inspection form.
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with facility and factory standards.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional work is necessary.
• Ensure customer’s vehicles are kept clean.
• Keep Service area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools and equipment.
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
