Job summary

City Automall in Columbia City, IN is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to join our City Ford team. The role requires Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and Saturdays 8am–12pm, with starting pay around $16 per hour plus bonuses based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform lube, oil and filter changes by draining and replacing oil and filter, and lubricating all joints.
• Report all necessary repairs to the service advisor.
• Install completed LOF reminder sticker in vehicle.
• Check battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid and power steering fluid levels and refill as needed.
• Check coolant level and refill as necessary.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints.
• Check fluid levels prior to release of vehicle to ensure proper levels.
• Maintain CSI at or above manufacturer standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participate in manufacturer required training.
