Ewing Subaru of Plano is seeking a skilled automotive technician to join our service team. You will perform oil changes, tire services, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections with attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive training preferred.
• Ability to learn dealership processes and manufacturer standards.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Customer service-oriented and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes.
• Rotate, balance, and inspect tires.
• Check and top off fluids (engine oil, coolant, brake, transmission, washer fluid, etc.).
• Inspect vehicle components such as brakes, belts, hoses, wipers, lights, and batteries.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures.
• Accurately document work performed and recommended services.
• Assist senior technicians as needed.
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers at all times.
