Qualifications

• Prior automotive dealership service experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the service drive and customer flow.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfort with diagnostic equipment and service tools.
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination for small parts and overhead work.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems used in service management.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Pre-employment drug screen, MVR check, and background check; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
