The Take 5 Family is hiring customer service maniacs! No prior automotive experience is required as training is provided for oil changes, wiper blades, air filters, tire inflation and other light maintenance. The role is in-person and suitable for candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must maneuver in and out of a shallow pit safely.
• Walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Able to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Assist customers in selecting oil type and services.
• Deliver excellent customer service verbally and in writing.
• Process payments for services performed.
• Perform coolant exchanges and fill services.
• Restock and maintain floor inventory.
• Maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness.
