Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Prior dealership or automotive experience a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Customer-service oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle inventory.
• Move vehicles between the lots, showroom, service drive, and detail department.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including fueling, washing, and light cleaning.
• Deliver parts to service technicians.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out for service customers.
• Perform basic inspections (tire pressure, fluid levels, battery start-up as needed).
• Keep lot, drive lanes, and parking areas clean and free of debris.
• Install license plates and temporary tags as directed.
• Support dealership events and promotions by staging vehicles.
• Pick up and drop off service customers/vehicles as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
