Job summary

Wyant Group's Lakeland Kia dealership is hiring a Lot Attendant for a full-time schedule, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. You will inspect deliveries, organize inventory, and keep the lot clean and safe.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license and strong teamwork, communication, and customer service abilities. Automotive experience is welcome but not required; comprehensive benefits and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required or able to obtain one.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and compare vehicle serial numbers to invoices upon delivery.
• Check vehicles for damage and report issues promptly.
• Park and organize vehicles on the lot, keeping it clean, safe, and professional.
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles after service.
• Assist with detailing of new and used vehicles.
• Remove snow and perform yard maintenance as needed.
• Maintain dealership grounds and facility cleanliness.
• Pick up and drop off customers, parts, or vehicles as required.
• Support other departments with various tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
