Job summary

Findlay Auto Group in Spokane seeks a motivated team member to assist with vehicle movement, lot organization, and showroom presentation to keep our inventory looking sharp.

This full-time position pays $18.00 per hour and includes benefits such as training, paid vacations, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, and generous incentive programs.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth deliveries and accurate inventory handling in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years old with a current, valid driver’s license.
• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• This position requires the ability to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.

Responsibilities

• Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the service lot
• Maintaining an orderly parking area, sales lot and vehicle display, car preparation, shop and showroom appearance
• Oversee vehicle delivery process as first priority, managing delivery board & gas slips
• Assist with lot + showroom organization & vehicle inventory management
• Assist with new car check in's & inspections/dealer trade in's
• Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice
• Catalogs and stores keys.
• Assigns stock control numbers to cars.
