Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Lot Attendant (Porter) to maintain the lot and vehicles, ensuring organization and curb appeal. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, high energy, and strong communication skills to support deliveries and vehicle preparation.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming vehicles, organizing space, and ensuring proper documentation while upholding a professional, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspects vehicles for damage when delivered, assigns stock control numbers, and catalogs and stores keys.
• Service vehicles with gas, oil, and water.
• Moves sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order.
• Delivers sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
• Follows all safety and security procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
