Job summary

Krause Auto Group in Charleston, SC is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant / Porter to keep our dealership operations moving and vehicles customer-ready. You’ll clean interiors and exteriors, organize inventory, and support sales and service teams with daily tasks in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

This role offers an entry point into the automotive industry with growth potential into other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance by cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Replenish fluids and replace batteries when necessary
• Install buyer guides and stock tags in inventory vehicles
• Keep dealership lots clean, organized, and display-ready
• Move vehicles throughout the dealership property safely and efficiently
• Transport vehicles between the service drive, service department, and parking areas
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from off-site locations as needed
• Create and organize vehicle key tags and inventory records
• Assist sales and service departments with daily operational needs
• Help provide a positive first impression for dealership customers
