Job summary

Pro-MotionPix, LLC is hiring a reliable, hands-on Automotive Lot & Inventory Technician to support dealership operations throughout Ventura and surrounding areas. This part-time position involves visiting assigned dealerships, locating vehicles and keys, and using a company-provided iPhone to capture photos and videos for online listings.

No professional photography experience is required; paid training is provided, and you’ll work independently with a company-issued iPhone and equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Minimum one year of consistent work history preferred.
• Experience in automotive, warehouse, delivery, construction, landscaping, or similar hands-on roles preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle.
• Locate vehicles and keys throughout dealership lots to complete daily assignments.
• Move and position vehicles in designated areas for inventory imaging.
• Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app.
• Verify vehicle information and help ensure inventory is properly documented.
• Coordinate with dealership employees when vehicles are missing, unavailable, or not ready.
• Keep assigned dealership work organized and complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Maintain professional relationships with dealership staff while representing Pro-MotionPix.

Job description

Additional hours and overtime may be available as needed. Work until assigned tasks are completed.

Route: Ventura, Santa Barbara, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $25.00++ per hour

Combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo incentives. Potential flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• $25.00++ per hour – Combination of base pay and per‑vehicle photo incentives.
