Fields Mercedes Benz of Asheville is seeking energetic team members to join our dealership and help deliver premium customer service while building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues. This role supports the sales department with vehicle inventory, transports, and maintaining a pristine lot.

The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance, with a valid driver's license and a willingness to undergo a background check.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions.
• Positive attitude, team player and professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales department with all new and used car inventory, keep cars clean and ready for customers.
• Assist with vehicle transport deliveries, making sure there is no damage and that all keys and books are delivered with the vehicles.
• Keep all vehicles on the sales floor clean and connected to a power source.
• Responsible for the entire sales lot, including customer parking.
• Ensure debris and trash are removed from all lot areas daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
