Xcite Automotive seeks an Automotive Lot Flow Washer to support dealer partners in Hardeeville, SC. You will wash and move vehicles, stage inventory for sales and service, and keep the lot clean, safe, and organized.

The ideal candidate works outdoors in varying weather, operates vehicles safely, and maintains high attention to detail in a fast-paced dealership environment. This hands-on role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive and maneuver vehicles throughout the lot.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift as needed.
• Strong focus on vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
• Follow safety procedures and dealership standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, dry, and clean vehicles per standards.
• Move vehicles safely across the lot as directed.
• Stage vehicles for sales, delivery, and service.
• Maintain proper vehicle placement and lot flow.
• Perform basic interior/exterior cleaning for sales readiness.
• Inspect for damage or cleanliness issues and report concerns.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate status to team.
