Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Durham, NC seeks a proactive Lot Coordinator to act as the liaison between the dealership and All-Pro. You will inspect vehicles as they come in, manage workflow to meet standards and time requirements, and ensure proper invoicing and billing according to policy.

Maintain relationships with dealership management, assist with transportation and supplies, and uphold safety procedures in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between dealership and All-Pro across all work.
• Inspect and audit vehicles as they arrive to ensure standards.
• Invoice and submit all billing per All-Pro policy.
• Coordinate with dealership to obtain RO, PO and signatures.
• Assist with transportation of cars and supplies.
• Maintain key control and uphold risk policies daily.
• Support service drive sales, volume and communication.
