Job summary

Dent Wizard in Belmont, NC is seeking a Porter to help keep the dealership lot organized and ready for service. You will move and park vehicles, assist the service team, and maintain a clean, orderly lot for customers and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $15.00–$18.56 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles in designated areas in an organized and safe manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas.
• Perform basic vehicle checks, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries, including preparing vehicles for delivery and ensuring they are presented in pristine condition.
• Support the service team by retrieving vehicles for customers, transporting vehicles to and from service areas, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
• Conduct minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as washing and vacuuming vehicles.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous and prompt service.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
• Report any vehicle damage or operational issues to Management immediately.
