Job summary

Champion Auto Group is seeking a Porter/Lot Attendant to help keep our showroom and inventory organized. You will prepare demos, move vehicles from inventory, and ensure clean, presentable cars for customers. A positive team attitude is essential.

The role requires driving a standard transmission and maintaining daily vehicle readiness, including fueling and light maintenance as needed. Join a family-owned dealer with a long-standing commitment to service in North Alabama and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–2 years related experience.
• Operator Driver's License with ability to drive a standard transmission.
• Strong people skills and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Keeps demos prepared to show
• Pulls cars from inventory when needed
• Fills deliveries or demos with gas
• Washes cars if needed
• Takes sold inventory to make ready/prep center
• Keeps all cars showroom ready
• Maintains inventory
• Transports cars to clients or to offsite locations for additional work
• Helps perform physical inventory monthly
• Attends weekly department meetings as appropriate
