Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Crossville, TN is hiring a Lot Porter to keep the lot clean and organized and ensure vehicles are ready for delivery. You will assist with moving vehicles, maintaining appearance, and handling basic maintenance tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, can operate both automatic and manual transmissions, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damage on delivery and assign stock control numbers; catalog and store keys.
• Service vehicles with gas, oil, and water.
• Move sold vehicles to maximize space and keep the lot orderly.
• Deliver sold vehicles and maintain orderly vehicle placement.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Help maintain lot appearance by cleaning drives and sidewalks, and removing snow/debris as needed.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
