Qualifications
- Graduated from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to the California Bar
- At least one year of general litigation experience
- Product liability and/or consumer law experience a plus
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Responsibilities
- Managing discovery requests and responses
- Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda and correspondence
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Attending hearings and court conferences
- Taking and defending depositions
- Assisting with trial preparation and trial proceedings
- Travel statewide for warranty inspections
