Job summary

ams OSRAM in New Hampshire is seeking a 1st Shift Mechanic to operate and maintain high-speed lamp making equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot, adjust, repair and change over equipment to meet production standards while using testing gear and following detailed specs and prints.

Responsibilities include recording production and quality data, participating in SPC and maintenance logs, and supporting other shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned high-speed lamp making equipment under limited supervision.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, repair and change over equipment to meet specifications and production requirements.
• Utilize testing equipment and follow detailed product specifications and prints.
• Maintain production, quality, SPC, and maintenance records and interact with machine information systems.
• May assist in lower grade department jobs as needed.
