Mir's Automotive in Longwood, FL is seeking a highly skilled Lead Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic ability and leadership to guide a team of technicians and tackle complex European vehicle repairs.

You will mentor junior technicians, ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications, and coordinate with service advisors to deliver accurate estimates and top-tier customer service. The role emphasizes staying current with procedures and maintaining a clean, efficient shop environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience, European vehicle experience preferred.
• ASE Master Certification or equivalent manufacturer training preferred.
• Deep understanding of European diagnostic systems, tools, and repair procedures.
• Proven leadership or foreman-level experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Own professional-grade tools suitable for European vehicle repair.

Position Summary
