Midas is seeking a lead automotive technician to work independently and with peers in a full-service facility dedicated to diagnostics and repairs. The role involves hands-on diagnostics, maintenance, and repair across domestic and foreign vehicles.

You will use state-of-the-art equipment, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to a collaborative environment. A technical degree and ASE certifications are valued, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repair vehicles independently while working well in a team.
• Knowledge of brakes, exhaust, suspension and engine diagnostics.
• Track record of high personal productivity.
• Adherence to safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changers, alignment machines and scan tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree a definite plus.
• State-specific auto repair certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own tools/equipment; diagnostic scanner/tools preferred.
• Able to service both foreign and domestic vehicles.
