Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to lead launch initiatives and related facility or process improvement projects from conception to completion. You will plan, execute, oversee, and close out projects to ensure defined objectives are achieved with a strong focus on operational readiness, commercial success, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality, delivering on schedule and within budget while proactively addressing stakeholder requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management/launch experience.
• Understanding of APQP 5-phases.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
• Experience in Japanese manufacturing or language (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead launch initiatives and related facility or process improvement projects from conception to completion.
• Plan, execute, oversee, and close out projects to meet defined objectives.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Focus on achieving business results, including operational readiness, commercial success, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Address stakeholder requirements proactively and foster strong customer relationships.
