Roush is seeking an Automotive Laboratory Technician I in Livonia, MI to support engineering tests for vehicles, sub-systems, and materials. You will collect data with specialized equipment and assist in complete experimental setup to ensure data quality and operational efficiency. This position is located in Livonia, MI.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of mechanical or instrumentation experience. Strong communication and MS Office skills are desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with data collection and test procedures preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive powertrain systems and instrumentation beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering testing and data collection for research, development, or certification of vehicles and components.
• Assist in setting up experiments, mounting fixtures, instrumentation, and connections.
• Maintain records of tests, maintenance, and part changes; assist engineers during tests.
