Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Key Technician to service a delegated route of dealers and customers, producing duplicate keys and transponders for vehicles that work like the originals. You’ll maintain equipment and inventory and work orders, while building positive customer relationships on-site across a busy field schedule.

You will also submit invoices and work orders, train as needed, and help ensure high quality service while representing Dent Wizard on customer sites.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, key duplication and transponder programming preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
