Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn, Alabama seeks a Product Layout Designer II to advance interior, mechatronics, and NVH packaging using NX and Teamcenter. This role spans concept, layout, detailing, and production handoff for a broad range of vehicle components.

You will design, lay out, and maintain NX CAD models; support engineers and designers; ensure conformance to design standards throughout the development cycle; PLM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Design or related field.
• 8+ years in NX automotive design and PLM model management.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and GD&T knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, lay out, and maintain NX CAD models for Interior, Mechatronics and NVH components.
• Support engineers and designers; ensure design standards are met throughout development.
• Collaborate in packaging, envelopes, and production detailing across assemblies.
