Job summary

AutoSavvy is seeking a Reconditioned Vehicle Inspector for their Cleveland location. The ideal candidate will inspect vehicles post-repair, focusing on cosmetic, mechanical, and structural evaluations. This full-time role requires 3 to 10 years of mechanic experience, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle inspections in accordance with company standards.

• Evaluate various types of damage including mechanical and body.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Reconditioned Vehicle Inspector to join our Purchasing Team. The position will be responsible for purchasing vehicles at various auctions, rebuilder shops and trade networks.

Inspector Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect repaired vehicles in accordance with company standards
• Repair observations include, but are not limited to:
  • Cosmetic
  • Mechanical
  • Body
  • Frame
• Ability to evaluate vehicle repairs damaged from light to heavy collision, flood, and/or fire, including structural work
• Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Experience and Education

• Body Shop Technician
• Automotive Mechanic
• Other similar roles
• Between 3 to 10 years of mechanic experience
