Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience developing and deploying automotive HMI software on Linux/QNX/Android Automotive OS with QT or similar UI framework.
- Coordinate UX design and engineering deliverables to ensure timely execution and strategic alignment.
- Design and manage UX to engineering lifecycle from design freeze to implementation reviews.
- Translate regulatory requirements for automotive HMI into software requirements and functional definition.
- Analyze and decompose HMI UX designs for software feasibility.
- Build, assign, and track HMI task dependencies in Jira.
- Create executive level program reports using Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Leveraging UX principles to communicate across UX design, business, technical, and project management domains to align expectations and tasks.
- Break down UX designs into Jira epic-task hierarchies and prioritize, allocate, and track those tasks to completion.
- Identify meaningful functional milestones and drive cross-functional alignment to those milestones.
- Track and communicate project status and risks through cross-team meetings and dashboards built in Jira/Confluence.
- Ensure HMI development is aligned to broader program milestones.
- Domestic travel required up to 10%.
