Job summary

Nurbs Labs Inc. in Bangalore is seeking a Wiring & Assembly Technician to support wiring, harnessing and testing of Automotive HiL test systems. You will collaborate with HiL engineers and integration teams to build high-quality automotive hardware-in-the-loop rigs.

The role focuses on electrical wiring, harness preparation, connector termination, and meticulous cable management within HiL racks. Prior experience in wiring and assembly is expected, with hands-on testing and verification

Qualifications

ItI / Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/E&I/Automobile field.
1–3 years of wiring/assembly experience.
Full-time employment in a HiL environment.

Responsibilities

Electrical Wiring & Harnessing
Perform panel and rack wiring as per drawings
Prepare wiring harnesses and cable assemblies
Route and secure cables neatly inside HiL racks
Perform wire cutting, ferruling, crimping, and labeling
Assemble and terminate ILME/Harting connectors, terminal blocks
Mechanical Assembly of HiL Racks
Assembly of front panels, electrical panels
Interface modules, cable trays and mounting hardware
Testing & Verification
Perform continuity testing, insulation checks, power-supply polarity verification
Support engineers during FAT activities
Ensure clean and organized assembly area
