Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive digital marketing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations and online vehicle merchandising preferred.
• Experience with dealership websites, inventory management systems, CRM/DMS platforms, digital advertising platforms, and third-party automotive marketplaces preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make actionable recommendations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage online vehicle merchandising with accurate listings and pricing.
• Coordinate online promotions across digital platforms.
• Create digital assets: web graphics, banners, emails.
• Review digital ads for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage social media: content, scheduling, promotions.
• Coordinate photography, video, and graphics for campaigns.
• Support email marketing and customer retention for sales and service.
• Assist CRM administration, campaigns, reporting, and support.
• Monitor website, inventory, and ads; coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
• Support special projects and technology implementations.
