Job summary

Young Automotive Group is actively hiring a Windshield Technician / Auto Glass Technician to join our body shop team. If you have experience with windshield replacement and auto glass repair, this is a great opportunity to join a high-performing shop.

In this role you’ll handle removal, installation, and repair of automotive glass while ensuring safety, precision, and quality workmanship. You’ll work alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced environment with consistent workflow and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Auto Glass Technician or Windshield Installer.
• Strong knowledge of auto glass installation techniques, tools, and safety standards.
• Experience with ADAS recalibration is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install windshields and other automotive glass (side glass, back glass, etc.)
• Perform chip repairs and minor glass repairs when applicable
• Ensure proper sealing, fitment, and safety compliance on all installations
• Calibrate or assist with ADAS systems after windshield replacement (if applicable)
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify work quality before completion
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with body shop team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs
