Midas is seeking full-time General Service Technicians for our Dayton, OH service center. NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED; we provide PAID TRAINING to learn tire installs, rotations, balancing and basic services while you earn a guaranteed hourly rate.

You'll join a team that values dependability and teamwork, enjoy a 5-day work week, weekly pay with bonus potential, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and opportunities for ASE certification.

Qualifications

• No experience required; PAID TRAINING provided to learn tires, rotations, balancing and basic services.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Install tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service and earn weekly bonus payments on top of guaranteed hourly rate.
