Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Exton, PA service centers. You’ll perform tire mounting, balancing, oil changes, and basic maintenance, collaborating with experienced technicians to build hands-on skills.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
