You'll work with modern tools in a neighborhood shop with training, support, and opportunities for advancement. The role emphasizes teamwork, quality workmanship, and developing skills through hands-on experience and ASE training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant experience preferred in an automotive repair facility or equivalent knowledge from a trade school.
• Interest in building a career in automotive repair.
• Willingness to earn ASE certifications and work towards being a C Level Technician strongly preferred.
• Must possess a valid US Drivers License, be insurable on Company insurance policy, and possess the ability to drive a vehicle with passengers and perform drivability assessments.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to perform inspections and follow service procedures.
• Willingness to learn digital vehicle inspections (DVI) and shop systems.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Previous professional automotive or mechanical experience is required.
• Having a basic set of your own tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) to identify vehicle needs.
• Install and service wiper blades, bulbs, filters, and fluids.
• Perform tire rotations, tire repairs, and basic tire service.
• Assist with TPMS service and tire installations.
• Support technicians with vehicle inspections and shop workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
