Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring General Service Technicians for our Union City, GA centers. You’ll perform tire and basic maintenance tasks, with paid training and opportunities for career growth in a large nationwide network.

Be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and ready to learn in a fast-paced automotive environment. Paid training and benefits are included as part of our compensation package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Paid training is provided.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
