Job summary
Pep Boys / Mavis Tire is hiring full-time General Service Technicians to join our automotive service centers in the Everett, MA area. You'll perform essential tire services, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance while working with experienced automotive professionals.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn in a fast-paced automotive setting.
- Comfortable working hands-on in an automotive environment with a focus on safety.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality service.
- Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required; paid training provided.
Responsibilities
- Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
- Performing flat tire repairs.
- Completing oil and filter changes.
- Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
- Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
- Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Following established safety and service procedures.
- Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
